Breaking news, Qasim's latest shell production line is about to be fully launched. 

Our company has completely eliminated the original DISA production line and 

focused on using the latest shell mold production line instead. It is currently

being installed and is expected to be officially put into production at the

end of November.

The shell production line is a casting production line that can be used for flow

operation developed for shell mold casting technology. It is wired in a ring or

open manner. The entire line is equipped with a filling bottom sand vibration

table, shell mold placement station, buried sand vibration station, pouring

station, cooling area and box turning station; equipped with a sand treatment

system, coated sand recovery and regeneration system, etc. to form a complete

shell mold casting production line.

Compared with ordinary sand casting, shell mold casting has the characteristics

of less equipment investment, small footprint, convenient production, high

production efficiency, less casting sand, less dust and noise at the production

site, and thus less pollution to the environment. The surface finish of the castings

produced is high, the dimensional accuracy is high, and the material performance

is good, which can greatly improve the production capacity and efficiency of the product.

The new shell production line not only has obvious advantages in energy saving, but also

can greatly increase the output of casting grinding balls and improve the overall production

efficiency through efficient and intelligent production methods. In the future competition,
